Through the investigation of the Federal Road Safety Corpse, has been noted that late Minister of State Labour, James Ocholi, wife and child were not wearing any seat belts when the accident occurred, PremiumTimes reported.
Apart from the drivers high speed, failure to use seat belts by the family decreased their chances of survival in the crash.
According to the report, by theory those seated in the front received less injuries because they made use of their seat belts.
Ocholi died alongside his wife and son on Sunday, in an auto-crash along the Kaduna-Abuja expressway.
