Holders Barcelona – who dumped Arsenal out 5-1 on aggregate – will face fellow Spaniards Atletico Madrid, runners-up two seasons ago.
Ten-times champions Real Madrid, who overcame Roma to get through to the last eight, were pitted against German side VfL Wolfsburg.
