Selena Gomez may have just reached a massive milestone on Instagram, but she insists on staying humble about it.
The  “Can’t Keep My Hands to Myself” singer posted the following message to fans on her Twitter account Thursday afternoon, just days after it was revealed that she now has the most followers on Instagram.
“Yo just know that I’m fully aware having the ‘most’ of anything isn’t what’s important,” she began by telling Selenators.
“It’s how you use your platform. Now how big it is.”
Earlier this week, Selena made headlines after reaching over 69 million followers on the photo-sharing platform, and now she’s at 70 million!
The former Disney darling’s major following means she beat out one of her best friends, you may have heard of her, ahem…Taylor Swift , as well as KimKardashian, Justin Bieber, and Beyoncé.
And between her many sexy car selfies, snaps of her traipsing around Hollywood with the most famous faces around and pics of her hanging out with her longtime pals, it’s no secret why 70 million strong have decided to keep up with all things Selena.
