The Senate on Wednesday passed the 2016 Appropriation Bill into law.
The Senate approved the sum of N6.077 trillion for the  2016 fiscal year
The passage followed the adoption of the report of the Senate Committees on Appropriations on the 2016 Appropriation Bill, tabled before the Red Chamber by the Chairman, Senate Committee on Appropriation, Danjuma Goje during its plenary on Wedenesday.
Senate President, Bukola SAraki said its now left to the executive arm to implement the budget.
Saraki appreciated all senators for their statesmanlike behaviour towards passing the budget.
