The Book ‘Serial Survivor’ written by Engr Gershon Ogbuluijah was launched over the weekend at the Ruby center in Port Harcourt with an array of guests including Hon Awaji Abiante Member Representing Andoni/Opobo Federal Constituency, Hon Peter Igbifa National Ijaw Youth Council worldwide, Hon Sam Okpko Secretary PDP Rivers State, Hon Mike Amakiri President Andoni Youths Association and the Chairman of the event Engr and Mrs. Oliver Ebong, among others.
The Book ‘serial survivor’ is a reader-friendly 498 pages Autobiography of Engr Gershon Ogbuluijah.
It details the life of a brave man’s spirited struggle, Surviving through one kidnap incident, two armed robbery attacks, one ghastly motor accident, two carjacking incidents, one assassination attempt; all in one lifetime.
The Book is the author’s first attempt at writing as such the author took time to emphasize the abolishing of child marriage, the need for proper communal relations to avert crises in our rural areas with Ataba as a case study as well as the need for retired seniors to live a healthy and happy life after retirement.
The author of the Book reiterated the need for everyone to write books, insisting that writing was not meant for famous people only, as everyone’s life has lessons that others can learn from.
The Author was elated that people could attend the Book launch despite the situation of the world today.
