Rotary Club looks for associations with benevolent Nigerians to set out on compassionate tasks

The 41st President of the Rotary Club of Port Harcourt South, Nene Sokaribo Iyalla has approached benevolent people in the public eye to join forces with Revolving to better the general public.

Mrs. Nene Sokaribo Iyalla settled on the decision while addressing newsmen at her establishment as the 41st President of the Rotary Club of Port Harcourt South at the Arzy Place Port Harcourt.

Mrs Iyalla who said the theme of the Rotary International club this year is “Creating hope in the world approached other corporate associations to hold hands with them to affect humankind.

She said that Rotary has seven areas of focus which assist them with proceeding to do feasible tasks that will affect the existence of individuals

As indicated by her, the activities for the 23-24 service year are, “maternal and childbirth, environmental protection, basic education and literally, disease prevention and treatment, peace and conflict prevention management, water and sanitation and economic and community development”.

Rotarian Iyalla anyway expressed that the Rotary Club of Port Harcourt South has reached out to expectant mothers where they have provided them with all delivery materials

As per her, the signal is essential for the Club’s corporate social obligation under the Rotary Global area of concentration, maternal and labor for destitute individuals in the public eye.

In her address, the Chairman of the 2023 Installation Committee, Rotarian Ibioku White Enia-Harris depicted Rotarian Sokaribo Iyalla as a square stake in a square opening who is best in class.
