Rivers State Governor Siminialayi Fubara has appointed Mr. Nelson Chukwudi as his Chief Press Secretary.
This is contained in a message signed by the Special Adviser on Media to the Governor, Boniface Umeadi.
The statement said that the appointment is with immediate effect
