About 30 business entities in the hotel, medical, and hospitality participated in a tourism roadshow held in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, organized by the Department of Dubai Economy and Tourism.
The Regional Director of International Operations of the Department of Dubai Economy and Tourism, Stella Fubara told journalists that the roadshow is to improve the economy of the state and the country in general.
She, however, said the Dubai Africa roadshow which has been in existence in the past has 30 entities from medicals, hotels, Hospitals, and others.
Meanwhile, the Director-General of Rivers State Tourism Development Agency, Yibo Koko says the collaboration with Africa for Dubai Tourism will boost tourism in the state.
Yibo Koko said all hands must be on deck to revive the tourism potential in Rivers State.
Yibo Koko also said the move to revive tourism in the state through Africa, the Dubai Tourism roadshow will strengthen the relationships between the state and the United Arab Emirates.
