The grand finale of the 3rd distinguished Senator Mao Ohubunwa Abia north unity cup is slated for Sunday 29th January 2023.
The final of the tournament which is organized by the grassroots sports federation will be between Umounouje Tiger vs Ohafia United at Ohafia local government secretariat pitch by 3pm.
The National President of the grassroots sports federation, Hon John Ekpenyong, and the LOC chairman Mazi Felix Ukpabi in a statement said that those expected to grace the finals are the deputy governor of Abia state, the Deputy speaker of ABSHA, the Commissioner for sports, Abia state, Abia state FA chairman and the government council Heads, all the National Assembly Members, and all the sports Stakeholders in Abia state.
